The Building Bridges Initiative is a national endeavor to promote practice and policy that will create strong partnerships between families, youth, and community. Our members proudly support BBI and are mutually guided by its Joint Resolution to Advance a Statement of Shared Core Principles.
Program Description
We provide a safe, structured and therapeutic environment for students who are in jeopardy of being placed because they have been suspended, expelled, or are refusing to attend school. The program also serves youth who are in-between placements or who recently have been discharged from a residential, medical, or psychiatric facility. The Tutoring Center provides individual, group, and family counseling, academic tutoring, psychological assessments, medication management as well as an array of school & community-based aftercare.
