Therapeutic Tutoring Center:
We provide a safe, structured and therapeutic environment for students who are in jeopardy of being placed because they have been suspended, expelled, or are refusing to attend school. The program also serves youth who are in-between placements or who recently have been discharged from a residential, medical, or psychiatric facility. The Tutoring Center provides individual, group, and family counseling, academic tutoring, psychological assessments, medication management as well as an array of school & community-based aftercare.
Day Treatment Services:
Public school special education students grades K-12 may be referred to School-Based Day Treatment Services as an alternative to an out of district placement. School-Based Day Treatment Services includes a 1-1 BHP (Behavioral Health Professional) as well as a licensed mental health counselor who provides clinical assessment, treatment planning, goal setting, behavioral crisis support, and Individual Outpatient Counseling to the student.
Targeted Case Management: The Behavioral Health Center offers Targeted Case Management to help families coordinate educational, legal, vocational, financial, and home support services.
Outpatient Counseling: The Behavioral Health Center offers a range of trauma-informed treatment methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy.
Home and Community Treatment: The Behavioral Health Center works with families to help develop strategies to effectively manage their child’s manage mental health symptoms and prevent hospitalization.
